The FIDELIS project aims to establish a European Network of Trustworthy Digital Repositories (TDRs) that will support their development and growth, foster harmonisation and interoperability, and strengthen relevant skills through training and support. For this project to successfully achieve its goals, it was deemed essential to gather input from the community on their current practices, challenges, and needs. Therefore, a landscaping survey was executed to gather information about the current repository landscape. This dataset presents the survey results, covering repository characteristics, capability, standards, legal challenges, and training and support needs.
