Transcriptome analysis of the effects of polysaccharide on Procambarus clarkii

Polysaccharides from plants have been an interesting subject in the biological activity against the infection by activating complement, regulating the production of cytokines, and inducing interferon. Procambarus clarkii, as one of the largest freshwater crustacean sources with high-quality protein and has significant commercial value.
