Recently, new phase with Lifshits invariant of incommensurability is reported as a solitonic spin-liquid state above the magnetically ordered phase on Fe1-yTe. It cannot not be expressed by Gintzburg-Landau phae transition theory due to the Lifshits invariant. The term can be expected in a material with incommensurability or chiral magnet with Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya (DM) interaction. So far, the new phase of Fe1-yTe is only one example for the new liquid phase, where magnetic ordered moments persist even in the paramagnetic phase. Recently, we have found another candidate of a new liquid phase with Lifshits invariant. That is a chiral magnet of Mn3RhSi with the DM interaction in a non-centrosymmetric crystal structure. Wed like to reveal the magnetic liquid state by muSR.
