Genome sequencing and assembly of Pyricularia oryzae isolate KEN54-20

Our goal is to identify the avirulence gene AVR-Rmo1 from Pyricularia oryzae isolate KEN54-20. A hybrid assembly was generated using MaSuRCA using long-reads (Oxford Nanopore Technologies) and short-reads (Illumina).
