Raw and processed data for the manuscript 'Comparison of cost-effective sensors for a fluorescence-based detection system used in biodiagnostic devices'.

This data set comprises the raw values and analysis files for the measurements taken using the various detectors (Silicon photomultiplier (MPPC), photodiode, photoresistor and phototransistor). Within the tree view, all files are systematically organised by detector. Each detector group contains the analysed data, including the mean value and standard deviation. Further subfolders contain the individual measurements (M1 to M3) of the specific detectors. These were recorded at an integration time of 5 ms and 500 Hz during the measurement of different fluorescence concentrations. The folders are named after the detector. The tree view also includes the “Fitting Data” folder, which contains information about the fitted function, a graph and the individual data points of the fitted curve. Please refer to the accompanying manuscript for more detailed information on process parameters, fluorescence concentrations, and the interpretation of the data.
