Transformation of Tn7 insertion elements across strains of Vibrio fischeri

The goal is to assess the genomes of erythromycin-resistant strains of Vibrio fischeri generated from transforming FQ-A001 with genomic DNA from ES114-derived strains containing an erythromycin-resistance marker at the attTn7 site.
