Phylogenomics of (Pan)Crustacea

To resolve the relationships within Pancrustaea a wide range of transcriptomes of all main crustacean taxa were analyzed in a phylogenomic approach. The main goal is elucidating the sister group relationships of Hexapoda and the relationships among main taxa within Pancrustacea.
