Transcriptomic monitoring of Douglas-fir heartwood formation

DOI

Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii), a Pinaceae tree species originating from Western North of the United State and Canada, is being considered as a major alternative to other conifers of economic importance. We report the differential expression of wood genes and we completed the genomic dataset of a new version of Douglas-fir reference transcriptome for the scientific community.
