Low temperature localised/delocalised transport regime transitions in the P3HT polymer

DOI

The aims of this proposal are to study the ALC resonance in crystalline and disordered P3HT at temperatures below 4.2K, as for crystalline P3HT a cross-over between localised and delocalised transport is observed at ~100K. The cross-over temperature between the transport regimes is believed to be linked to the degree of crystallinity of the sample, therefore for the disordered sample it should appear at lower temperature, which we would like to investigate. We also want to measure the off resonance of the samples, to be able to make a direct comparison with previous measurements and determine if there is any comparable intra/inter diffusion transition as has been reported.
