Germination rate (Cumulative germination) represents the germination potential of a given growing season, and was calculated as the total number of seeds germinating from a given sample (i.e. Petri dish) during the germination trial period (35 days), divided by the total number of seeds within a Petri dish, and then multiplied by 100. n = 37 plots per treatment/site.
