fecal microbiota transplantation restores the intestinal microflora disturbed with the antibiotics

In this study, florfenicol was used to induce the perturbation of intestinal microflora in the koi carp, and for the first time, FMT was used to restore the perturbed intestinal microflora in fish. Microbiota were characterized by 16S-rRNA-based sequencing.
