Generation of seed electrons by extensive air showers, and the lighting inception problem including narrow bipolar events

In our article "Generation of seed electrons by extensive air showers ..." by Rutjes, Ebert, Buitink, Scholten, Trinh,published in J. Geophys. Res. - Atmospheres, 2019,DOI: 10.1029/2018JD029040, we simulate 5811 extensive air showers with the CORSIKA simulation package. The data file deposited here contains the output of these simulations that are further described and evaluated in our article.
