Hologenome sequencing of Acanthaster cf. solaris and reconstruction of its symbiotic bacterial genome

Hologenome sequence of Acantahster cf. solaris, crown of thorns starfish (COTS) has been conducted and the genome sequence of the ubiquitous subcticulasr bacterial symbiotic of COTS, COTS27, was reconstituted from the hologenome sequence data of COTS.
