X-ray fluorescence tomography dataset of propane dehydrogenation catalyst

Each folder contains subfolders divided into element type. Each element subfolder contains a stack of images in .tif format showing X-ray fluorescence tomography data with raw counts as the grayscale values. Data can be opened and edited with common softare tools such as imageJ.
