This dataset comprises of two datasets regarding logistics land in the Rhineland metropolitan region (roughly comprising the North Rhine-Westphalian regions of Düsseldorf and Cologne) as of 2021. The identified land plots were also enriched with other relevant data such as land prices, accessibility and company and employment figures at county/municipality level. The first dataset contains the identified logistics estates itself. The second dataset contains a spatial aggregation to a 1 km² grid.
