Dumux source to produce some of the result in T. Koch, K. Weishaupt, J. Müller, B. Weigand, R.Helmig (2021) A (dual) network model for heat transfer in porous media, Transport in Porous Media doi: 10.1007/s11242-021-01602-5.
The contained applications allow to perform dual network simulations, 3D upscale simulations of the stationary heat conduction equation for a unit cell and wavy-channel simulations of conjugate heat transfer. It also contains the necessary grid files. The archive docker_image_koch2021a.tar corresponds to the docker image. This dataset also contains all necessary files to startup the corresponding docker container.
This is a so-called dune module that requires installation of some other dune modules and the module dumux. The installation script 'install_dumux-dualnetwork.sh' contains the dependencies in the correct version. For the instructions to build and execute the applications, one may check Installation and Execution and Reproduction sections in the README.md .
Another way to reproduce the results is to startup a corresponding docker container. After downloading the archive docker_image_koch2021a.tar, the docker image can be obtained by running a CLI command: docker load --input docker_image_koch2021a.tar. Then the corresponding docker container can be started by running: ./docker_dumux-dualnetwork.sh open. For further details, one may follow the Installation with Docker and Execution and Reproduction sections in the README.md.
