Sequence (SNP) data for natural Baccharis hybrid swarms in Chile

Baccharis × intermedia (Asteraceae), found in Central Chile, is a naturally occurring hybrid complex derived from the parent species B. macraei and B. linearis. A total of 378 individuals (Individual_information.xlsx) from several species have been analzyed and sequence data are provided in the .vcf and .fasta format.
