These are the replication files for the article “The Spatial Dimension of Social Stratification in Germany—Are Social Class Differentials in Place of Residence Increasing?”. The analyses were based on microcensus data for the years 1996 (DOI: 10.21242/12211.1996.00.00.1.1.1) and 2018 (DOI: 10.21242/12211.2018.00.00.1.1.3) provided by the Research Data Centers (Forschungsdatenzentren) of the German Federal and State Statistical Offices.
