Data description : Time series of daily water temperature profiles in Lakes Geneva, Annecy, Bourget and Aiguebelette over the period 1850-2100. Temperature profiles correspond to simulation data computed from the 1D deterministic MyLake model, constrained by IPCC scenarios ssp126, ssp370 and ssp585 and validated according to 50±13 years of observation data collected and stored by the Lake Observatory OLA (https://si-ola.inra.fr/si_lacs/login.jsf). The model simulates daily vertical water temperature profiles every 0.5 m in Lakes Annecy and Aiguebelette and every 1 m in Lakes Geneva and Bourget. Climate input variables used to constrain MyLake model correspond to air temperature and shortwave radiations that were extracted from ISIMIP3b over the period 1850-2100. Other variables (wind speed, relative humidity, rain, cloud cover and surface pressure) were extracted from meteorological observations from which daily means were calculated and replicated every year from 1850 to 2100. Complete data description and method information are provided in Desgué-Itier et al. (doi).
