Hydra oligactis and associated bacteria

The aim was to identify differentially expressed genes in a Hydra tumor and control context. However, eventually the data set was finally used to identify genes with high expression in Turneriella sp. and Pseudomonas sp., whose interaction was found to be causative for the tumor phenotype.
