The Bacterial Diversity in the Pearl River Estuary

The community composition, abundance and biomass of bacterioplankton at different depths of 31 stations in the Pearl River Estuary and adjacent waters in summer were investigated by high-throughput sequencing of 16S rDNA gene and qPCR.
