Resource Type | Two lines are involved in the mouse high fecundity advanced intercross. The first is the long-term selected high fecundity line FL1, which was developed in the mouse facility of the Institute of Genetics and Biometry at the Leibniz-Institute for Farm Animal Biology (FBN). This line was selected for high litter size and high litter weight. A randomly selected control line was later inbred by repeated full-sib mating and the resulting highly inbred line was named DUKsi. Pedigree data, phenotypes and SNP-genotypes of founders are provided from all 29 generations of the AIL. More detailed information ids included in the redme-file of the data collection. ; Dataset |
