16S V1-V2 of gut and skin microbiota of yellowtail kingfish following antibiotic exposure

This study aimed at investigating the gut and skin microbiota recovery of yellowtail kingfish (Seriola lalandi) following antibiotic exposure. More specifically, feacal transplantation was performed through gavage and water inoculum following antibiotic treatment to explore the effects of FMT on the microbial repopulation dynamics within the gut and skin of fish.
