HPC-Europa3 - D12.4 - Orchestration of applications packaged as containers

This deliverable is providing a status report of the use of Singularity containers within a workflow manager. The main goal will be to highlight potential constraints when running a workflow of containerized applications. A few workflow managers will be selected and evaluated, then a real use case will be fully implemented.
