Temporal series of dissolved oxygen concentration, saturated dissolved oxygen concentration of the water, water temperature and photosynthetic photon flux density. All parameters recorded in flowing reaches with in-situ loggers in 5-min intervals during 5 to 12 days. Raw data used to estimate river ecosystem metabolism (metPROD).
