Interview Questionnaire

DOI

This file contains the semi-structured interview guide developed for the HL-EXURB project. The questionnaire was designed to explore the hybrid lifestyles of creative ex-urbanites and their connections to urban, rural, and digital spaces.

The interview guide covers key thematic areas including:

motivations for relocation and lifestyle change professional practices and digital forms of work everyday life in rural settings socio-ecological practices and values interactions with local communities and forms of community-making

Interviews were conducted with purposively selected participants who previously lived in urban areas and are currently engaged in creative, digital, or hybrid professional activities in a rural context.

The guide follows a flexible structure, allowing for in-depth exploration of participants’ experiences while ensuring comparability across interviews.
