Metagenomic analysis of the effects of elevated temperature on deep coral Desmophyllum pertusum microbiome

This study sequences 12 colonies of the coral Desmophyllum pertusum exposed to three different temperatures (10º, 13º, and 15ºC) during 60 days. Samples were sequenced with deep Illumina sequencing with Novaseq 6000 (paired-end reads, 2x150 bp, 80 Gb/sample)
