Atmospheric aerosol measurements were conducted at the Melpitz observatory, Germany. The data was collected during 2012 to 2016, measured by Droplet Measurement Technologies Cloud Condensation Nucleus Counter (DMT-CCNC).
Columns #9-12 contain the fit parameters "D_c", "a", "b" and "sigma_s" of following sigmoid function, where "AF" means activated fraction of aerosol particles, "a" and "b" are the lower and upper limits of the sigmoid function, "D_c" is the critical diameter of dry particles, and "sigma_s" means the shape of the sigmoid function:AF = a + b / ( 1 + exp(-(D-D_c)/sigma_s) )Column #15: The ratio "(D75-D25)/D50" represents the degree of external mixing of aerosol particles. The definations of D75, D50, D25, DX are the diameter (D) at which 75%, 50%, 25, X% of particles are activated at the given supersaturation condition. See Jurányi et al. (2013, doi:10.5194/acp-13-6431-2013) for details.Columns #16-61 contain the particle size distribution for 46 size bins. The mid-diameter of each bin (i.e. the geometric mean of the bin interval) is given in the Parameter Comment.
