Data concerning the article "Specialized metabolome and transcriptome atlas of developing Arabidopsis thaliana seed under warm temperatures".
Untargeted metabolomic (LC-MS/MS) and transcriptomic (RNA-Seq) analyses were performed on Arabidopsis thaliana seeds harvested at six developmental stages (Globular, Transition, Torpedo, Bent cotyledon, Mature green and Dry seed), and developed under control and warm temperature conditions. 3 biological replicates were used per sample.
This dataset include the untargeted metabolomic raw data (.mzXML)(available at the MassiVE data repository portal with the identifier ftp://massive.ucsd.edu/v08/MSV000095050/) for both negative and positive ESI modes, together as processed metabolomic data (including SM annotation, level of annotation, metabolic category, m/z, RT, QC variation (See Supplementary table 1), the SM relative accumulations (See Supplementary table 2), and metabolomic data statistical results (See Supplementary table 3).
This dataset also includes transcriptomic RNA-Seq raw data (FASTQ)(available at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Transcriptome Shotgun Assembly Sequence Database (TSA) with BioProject identification : https://dataview.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/object/PRJNA1122566?reviewer=p8vnf8t1jnedj9h9n6qcbc3lvl) , RNA sequencing processed data (including transcripts annotation and expression table (See Supplementary Table 4), the transcriptomic data statistical analyses results (See Supplementary table 5), references of seed tissues gene expression (See Supplementary table 6) and the multi-omic data integration analysis results (See Supplementary table 7).
The scripts used to perform the metabolomic data processing and the DESeq2 multifactorial analysis of transcriptomic data are also included in this dataset.
