R scripts for the quantification of centromere tracks during plant meiosis

This set of R scripts allows to measure various quantitative descriptors of 3D tracks. They were used to characterize centromere dynamics during prophase I of male meiosis in Arabidopsis thaliana (coll. M. Grelon, IJPB, INRAE Versailles).
