This dataset provides information related to the proteomic analysis of samples obtained after protein extraction from three forms of black soldier fly larvae or BSFL (live, LL; dehydrated larvae, DL; and delipidized fraction from DL sample (i.e. protein concentrate, PC)).These BSFL preparations were produced by MUTATEC (Cavaillon, France).
