The file contains a grid with a single dI/dV spectrum taken on each pixel

Dataset obtained by Scanning Tunneling Microscopy measurements. On each pixel, the STM tip keeps the height fixed and sweeps the bias, recording the differential conductance through a lock-in amplifier.
