Biodivers OSCAR project - data for the France Stream macroinvertebrates biodiversity analysis

DOI

This dataset contains the data that were used in the Biodiversa OSCAR project (Optimising the configuration of woody riparian buffer strips along rivers to enhance biodiversity and ecosystem services) to study the effect of riparian woody buffers percentages on stream macroinvertebrates communities in French streams. It contains: - stream macroinvertebrates metrics and indices (at the genus level), extracted from Naiades database - physico-chemistry data, extracted from Naïades database - woody riparian buffers percentages at different spatial extents, derived from IGN databases - Land cover percentages at the basin scale and at a local buffer scale, derived from Corine Land Cover database - Hydromorphological pressures metrics, extracted from the Syrah_CE project.
