Microbes attached Enhalus acoroides and Thalassia hemprichii Raw sequence reads

This study collected microbial samples attached on E. acoroides and T. hemprichii, as well as surrounding seawater, exploring community differences from both structural and functional perspectives around patch characteristics and edge effects in fragmented habitats, specifically examining ecological function groups associated with carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) cycles.
