Results for pseudo-3D Stokes simulations using a vertically averaged drag term

Content: This data set includes all the necessary input data to fully replicate the benchmarks and applications in Krach et al.(2026). In addition, the results for all solvers are provided as raw simulation output as well as in condense form.

Complete datasets: 01_SINGLE_PRECIPITATE, 02_SEGMENT1, 03_SEGMENT2, 04_SEGMENT3, 05_WHOLE_DOMAIN

Each data set consists of all relevant input data DuMux as well as the results. A README contains relevant information such as voxelsize, geometry size and boundary conditions. Pseudo-3D input data and results comprise different folders, each containing a different drag formulation. Input data for DuMux may be generated from the 3D input data using the localdrag python module. See the README or the source code for detailed information. For further details on the input files, please refer to the software documentation of the corresponding DuMux module Pseudo-3D-Stokes Module. For input, evaluation or modification of the simulation results, I/O routines, interpolation algorithms and analysis tools are provided in the localdrag python module.
