This project explores genomic capabilities of microbial eukaryotes from the temperate Eastern Pacific. There are four samples along a physico-chemical gradient: coastal surface, mesotrophic surface, oligotrophic surface and oligotrophic deep chlorophyll maximum. Metatranscriptomes were polyA selected to enrich for eukarotes.
