Transcriptome sequencing of Myitilus gonad

In order to explore the effects of long-term starvation on the gonad growth and energy metabolism of Mytilus coruscus, the transcriptome sequencing analysis was performed on the mussels after 90 days of starvation by using RNA-seq technology to screen the signal pathways involved in growth and development regulation, DNA replication and energy metabolism, and explore the genes related to gonad growth and development and energy metabolism.
