High resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) data of dissolved organic matter (DOM) values of influent and effluent of three wastewater treatment plants in Catalonia (Spain)

This dataset complies the values of total ion chromatogram (TIC) of the chromatography separation, with retention time between 4 and 8 minutes using an Orbitrap Exploris 120 MS, from extracts of dissolved organic matter (DOM) of wastewater taken from influent and effluent from three different wastewater treatment plants in the region of Catalonia (Spain) during three sampling events, spring, autumn and winter between 2022 and 2023.
