The diversity of hydrogen sulfide-producing bacteria enriched from produced water of ASP flooding reservoirs was compared using different hydrogen sulfide-producing bacteria culture media, so as to determine the suitable culture medium for isolating hydrogen sulfide-producing bacteria from the sample.
