A homeodomain-containing transcriptional factor PoHtf1 regulated the development and cellulases expression in P. oxalicum

RNA-seq was used to analyze the effects of absence of PoHtf1. Overall design: A total of 6 samples were analzyed. The wild-type strain 114-2 was considered as a reference.
