Epigenetic mapping of the somatotropic axis reveals differential DNA hydroxymethylation marks with potential implication in growth

We report an association of DNA hydroxymethylation profiling at single nucleotide resolution with gene expression in the fast muscle of Nile tilapia. Overall design: Fast muscle RNA-Seq from rRNA depleted libraries of 5-month old full-sib males in five replicates.
