Cyanobacterial diversity & salinity tolerance in the large estuarine Pamlico Albemarle Sound System

Cyanobacterial amplicon data collected at Pamlico-Albemarle Sound System. Surface water was collected from NRE and Pamlico Sound (PS) stations as part of the Neuse River Estuary Modeling and Monitoring Project (MODMON) , as well as from Albemarle Sound and tributary (AS&amp T) stations as part of North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) monitoring.
