Symbiodiniaceae community comparison in Acropora digitifera

In order to check how coral colonies react to the heat stress in nature, the community of Symbiodiniaceae harbored by in situ 18 colonies was analyzed on 12 Apr., 8 Sep., 7 Oct. and 25 Oct in 2016 in shallow water at Sesoko-jima I., Okinawa, Japan.
