TetMesHeads dataset

The TetMesHeads dataset is a collection of high quality human head tetrahedral meshes designed for use in finite element simulations. Each mesh corresponds to a tar.gz archive containing an “.msh” file (in Gmsh v4 ASCII format) and an “.msh.opt” file that defines the physical regions and provides several mesh quality metrics. The meshes were generated from T1 and T2 images from the IXI dataset. More information available on our website: https://green.univ-lorraine.fr/projects/tetmesheads.
