This data set contains the raw data for whole-cell patch-clamp recordings from the descending neuron DNp03 and simultaneously recorded wing stroke amplitude data during visual stimulus presentation, as well as flight trajectories of freely flying Drosophila during optogenetic activation of descending neurons.
