Viral OTU from blood and fecal human samples

This repository contains the viral OTU assembled from the viromes produced from human blood and fecal samples. 14 were healthy subjects and 15 were Crohn's disease patients. The analysis of these results is presented in the bioRxiv manuscript described below. Data are organized as one file per vOTU, in the gff format (annotations plus DNA sequence)
