Skin microbiome of coral reef fishes

We analyzed the prokaryotic microbiome of 44 fish species from coral reefs of the Western Indian Ocean. The objective was to assess diversity, ecological or phylogenetical determinants, and vulnerability of these microbiomes in a context of global change.
