Transcriptional data for three coral symbionts (Cladocopium goreaui, Durusdinium trenchii, and Breviolum sp.) under elevated temperature stress.

Transcriptional response of Coral symbionts of the Symbiodiniaceae family to heat stress. Cultures of three strains from three different Symbiodiniaceae genera were exposed to heat stress over 9 days after an initial 3 days of temperature raising.
