We propose neutron scattering measurements of the atomic momentum distribution and the Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) fraction, n0(T) of liquid 4He confined in Vycor. Liquid 4He in the porous media Vycor is an example of Bosons in disorder. The aim is to show that the onset temperature of BEC in Vycor , T_BEC, lies above the onset temperature for superflow, T_C, in Vycor. T_C in Vycor is well known. The scientific goal is to show by direct measurement of BEC that there is a temperature range T_C < T
