Uncertainty analysis of gross primary production partitioned from net ecosystem exchange measurements

This research estimated the uncertainty in gross primary production (GPP) at half hourly time steps, using a non-rectangular hyperbola (NRH) model for its separation from the flux tower measurements of net ecosystem exchange (NEE) at the Speulderbos forest site, The Netherlands. This provided relevant data for the calibration and validation of process-based simulators.

A file list and description of data (i.e., metadata) in each file are provided in the uploaded pdf file "FluxPartitioning_NEEdata_codebook_Version1.pdf". This pdf file also provides a brief description of the methods adopted in this research.
